Building her hospitality career with a focus on seniors living, Grace has consistently balanced flexibility & organization along with results & relationships to deliver exceptional results.

Her professional start and rapid advancement in retail, combined with diplomas in Business Administration and Marketing, gave her the foundation for her first role in the Hospitality industry. There, she delivered great experiences under very intense time pressure as Conference & Events Coordinator for Dolce International.

Turning to her passion – Seniors Living – Grace then joined Amica Mature Lifestyles. Moving rapidly from Marketing Coordinator, to Marketing Manager, and finally Community Relations Manager, she consistently built business and exceeded targets. Moving on to Rivera, Grace delivered significant occupancy rate increases across her region in a matter of weeks – and in her largest community, she set records! Moving to A Place For Mom as Partner Services Manager, Grace then focused on developing and servicing a network of quality Seniors Living partners.

From smaller to larger organizations, across a variety of hospitality and service sectors, Grace has constantly delivered exceptional results. She has now joined JRoss Hospitality Recruiters to continue to deliver top grade results for JRoss' clients from our Toronto office!

Great brands need great leaders – especially in Hospitality!

  • Seniors Living – Canada's population of seniors rose from 2006 to 2016 at more than double the rate of the supply of seniors' housing.
  • Hotels – Canadian hotels posted a record year in 2017.
  • Restaurants – restaurants in Canada posted solid gains in 2017 in all formats.
  • And all sectors are expected to continue their 2016/17 track record into 2018, while experiencing considerable change. Seniors Living is becoming more experience-based and service-oriented. Hotels are continuing to leverage technology and different service modes to compete against alternative accommodation models. Restaurants and retail are blurring the lines between them.

Competing in such a growing, changing market requires great leaders. To connect to them, why not turn to someone who has proven to be a great leader herself?
